Amazon Interactive Video Ads
In 2022, I led UX design for Amazon’s Interactive Video Ads (IVA) CX 2.0. The project required designing for diverse formats like Video-On-Demand (VOD) and Live TV on FireTV. Collaborating with engineering, we navigated device constraints and latency issues, using languages like APL and web.
To clarify design intent, I created motion studies in Figma, Adobe XD and After Effects. These served as functional prototypes, optimized for different FireTV devices.
For project management, I implemented an issue tracker and facilitated weekly reviews to align design, product, and engineering goals.
I also developed a Figma design system to standardize work across teams, streamlining design handoffs and improving efficiency.
Overall, my focus was on bridging technical constraints with design goals, maintaining team alignment, and driving process efficiency.
